CMS, Confluence - The English Club organized Open Mic on 27 November 2019. It is a newly founded club to enhance and improve the calibre of the English language, art and expression in college. The Open Mic was one of the most memorable events for the club. It provided a non-competitive safe space to the students to showcase their talents in a welcoming environment.
Categories in the Open Mic included Poetry, Storytelling, Music, Stand up and short Reads. The response to this idea was ebullient, and the event was graced by Dr. Dinesh Nilkant. Pulling in close to forty participants, the event has marked a momentous milestone for Team Confluence.
