Jain (Deemed -to - be University), Center for Management Studies in partnership with “The Good Quest Foundation” participated in Namma Vision 150 - An initiative to create awareness among 150 + Government schools on the ill effects of plastic and garbage on the city on 30 November 2019. 450 students participated from the Jain (Deemed- to - be University) as Volunteers for the cause. It was to create awareness among 1,00,000 + children in 150 Govt schools by our 1,200+ volunteers on Say No to Litter, Say No to Plastic and Say Yes to Personal Hygiene. While the organizers targeted to reach out to 150 schools in Bengaluru city with the overwhelming response the event was successfully executed in 193 schools including few schools in rural Bangalore on the same day during the same time interval. Our 1,200+ volunteers from ten colleges, corporate companies and other institutions organized into 193 teams were launched into 193 schools to present the awareness program and to clean the school campus. Volunteer team campaigned in the form of Storytelling through pictures and puppet show and engaged the children in an action song, making them recite a song on let’s build a clean India. Engaged an open quiz among children on the theme "Sanitation and Personal Hygiene". The volunteers and High School children of the school engaged in school cleaning activity followed by litter picking in and around the school campus. A few schools were graced by the presence of a few public personalities, Civil servants, Police officers, Writers, Defense officers, and senior paurakarmikas as chief guests.

Shri. S. Suresh Kumar, The honorable minister for Primary and Secondary Education graced the event at KP Agrahara Govt School at Magadi road. The minister inspired the children to build and transform a clean nation and further read out a pledge and made students repeat after him.

A few of our volunteers engaged in painting school walls with Social messages and few more engaged the children with a message through magic shows, dramas, and Thai chee yoga.
