Center for Management Studies, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) conducted an HR Conclave 2020 on November 10th, on the theme - " Together Towards Tomorrow ".
The Keynote speaker for the event was R. B. Kenneth Jeyseelan, AVP - HR: Talent Management, TCS. He enlightened the participants by emphasizing the power of innovation which can transform the role of job seekers to job providers. He also recited excerpts from Khalil Gibran's poem "Fear", which talks about courage, motivation, exploring possibilities, and moving ahead in the journey of life with a steadfast attitude.
Another keynote speaker was Ms. Latha Pandiarajan, Managing trustee and Co-Founder of Ma Foi Foundation and companies, Chennai. She spoke on the evolution of the workforce and its management in the context of an offline-online work environment. Shivakumar Venkateshwaran, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, was also another prominent speaker for the event who gave insights on how to think bigger by highlighting the new paradigms of the evolving environment and the importance of sustainability, workforce diversity, and leadership, and virtualization.
The HR Conclave 2020 ended with a vote of thanks acknowledging the support of Dr. Chenraj Roychand, founder Chairman of Jain (Deemed- to -be University) and Sri Dr. Dinesh Nilkant, Director CMS.
The event consisted of more than 800 participants from various industries such as Research Scholars, Faculty members, Academicians, Undergraduate and Post Graduates HR students, and HR professionals who were highly delighted by the knowledge, learning experience, and insights they gained from this intriguing conclave.
